Six weeks may seem short, but with strategic planning, it is enough time to revise thoroughly. The key is prioritization, active recall, and avoiding burnout.
Weeks 1-2: Foundation Building
Create a topic checklist for each subject. Identify your weakest areas. Review core concepts and create summary notes. Do not spend time on what you already know well.
Weeks 3-4: Active Practice
Focus on past papers. Time yourself. Mark your work using the mark scheme. Identify recurring gaps in your knowledge and address them specifically.
Weeks 5-6: Final Polish
- Full papers under exam conditions
- Review command terms and examiner reports
- Light revision of key formulas and definitions
- Rest and sleep—do not cram new material
Tip: Plan rest days. Your brain needs downtime to consolidate information. Studying 14 days straight is less effective than studying 12 with 2 rest days.
