1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying for the StudyIB Perfect 45 Scholarship ("Scholarship Program"), each applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the StudyIB app Terms of Service, the StudyIB Privacy Policy, and all decisions made by StudyIB in relation to the Scholarship Program, which shall be final except where prohibited by applicable law.
2. Promoter
The Scholarship Program is conducted by Intelligence Education Technology Pty Ltd, trading as StudyIB ("StudyIB", "we", "us", "our").
3. Program Name
The official name of the promotion is:
StudyIB Perfect 45 Scholarship
4. Program Period
4.1 The Scholarship Program opens at 12:00 AM (UTC) on 1 March 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (UTC) on 31 July 2026 ("Application Period").
4.2 To be eligible, applicants must complete the scholarship registration process within the Application Period and before the official release of the relevant May 2026 IB examination results.
4.3 StudyIB reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Application Period where reasonably necessary, including for operational, legal, fraud-prevention, technical, or security reasons.
5. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Scholarship Program, an applicant must:
- be an individual student who sat the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme examinations in the May 2026 session
- have downloaded the StudyIB mobile application from an official app store
- have created a StudyIB account in their own name
- have completed the scholarship application form within the StudyIB app during the Application Period
- have provided their real legal name and school name accurately and truthfully
- have held a paid StudyIB subscription for at least one (1) month during the Application Period or before scholarship verification is completed, as determined by StudyIB's payment records
- have achieved a final official IB Diploma score of 40 points or higher in the May 2026 examination session
- have complied with these Terms in full
- where the applicant is under the age of 18 in their place of residence, have obtained valid consent from a parent or legal guardian for participation in the Scholarship Program and, where applicable, for publicity, data processing, and prize administration
6. Ineligible Persons
The following persons are not eligible unless otherwise required by law:
- employees, officers, directors, contractors, or agents of StudyIB directly involved in the administration of the Scholarship Program
- immediate family members of the persons listed above
- any person who provides false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information
- any person whose StudyIB subscription payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated before scholarship payment
- any person who breaches StudyIB's Terms of Service, anti-fraud rules, or applicable law
7. How to Apply
7.1 During the Application Period, the applicant must:
- open the StudyIB app
- navigate to the Scholarship section
- complete the registration form, including their real legal name and school name
- accept these Terms and any other required consents
7.2 Submission of the form does not guarantee eligibility. Eligibility is confirmed only after StudyIB completes its verification process.
7.3 StudyIB may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity, school affiliation, subscription status, exam participation, parental consent, or compliance with these Terms.
8. Subscription Requirement
8.1 Applicants must maintain a paid StudyIB subscription for at least one (1) month.
8.2 Free trials, refunded subscriptions, promotional access, complimentary access, disputed payments, or unauthorised payments do not qualify unless StudyIB states otherwise in writing.
8.3 StudyIB reserves the right to verify payment records, billing history, and subscription status.
9. Scholarship Awards
The total scholarship fund for the 2026 campaign is USD $120,000.
Scholarships will be distributed according to the following structure.
9.1 Tier 1 — Perfect Score Scholarship (Score 45)
A total scholarship pool of USD $100,000 will be allocated to students who achieve a final IB score of 45.
- The pool will be shared equally among all verified eligible students who achieve a score of 45
- The maximum award per individual student is USD $50,000
- If only one verified eligible student achieves a score of 45, that student will receive USD $50,000
- Any remaining funds from this pool will not be distributed
9.2 Tier 2 — High Achievement Scholarship (Score 40–44)
A separate scholarship pool of USD $20,000 will be allocated to students who achieve a final IB score between 40 and 44 inclusive.
- The pool will be shared equally among all verified eligible students within this score range
- There is no individual maximum limit within this pool
- Students who achieve a score of 45 are not eligible for this Tier 2 pool
9.3 Unawarded Pools
If no verified eligible applicants qualify for a particular scholarship pool, that pool will not be awarded unless StudyIB states otherwise in writing.
10. Nature of the Program
10.1 The Scholarship Program is a performance-based academic reward based on objectively verifiable examination results.
10.2 No element of chance is used to determine eligibility.
11. Verification of Results
11.1 Applicants claiming eligibility must submit verification materials after IB results are released and within the deadline specified in these Terms or otherwise communicated by StudyIB.
11.2 StudyIB may request verification materials including, without limitation:
- an official IB results screenshot or candidate results page
- identity verification documents
- proof of school enrolment or attendance
- IB candidate number
- confirmation from the applicant's school or IB coordinator if required
- any other reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility
11.3 StudyIB reserves the right to reject unverifiable, inconsistent, incomplete, altered, suspicious, or fraudulent submissions.
11.4 StudyIB may refuse payment where eligibility, identity, examination participation, subscription status, or compliance with these Terms cannot be verified to StudyIB's reasonable satisfaction.
12. Claim Deadline
12.1 Eligible applicants must submit all requested verification materials by 11:59 PM (UTC) on 31 July 2026.
12.2 Failure to submit the required documentation by the deadline may result in disqualification, unless prohibited by applicable law.
13. Notification
13.1 Potential scholarship recipients may be contacted via email, in-app notification, phone, or other reasonable methods using the contact details associated with their StudyIB account.
13.2 StudyIB is not responsible for failed, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered communications caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Payment of Scholarship
14.1 Scholarship payments will be made only after verification is completed to StudyIB's reasonable satisfaction.
14.2 Payments will be issued by bank transfer or another method determined by StudyIB.
14.3 Recipients must provide accurate payment details and any tax or compliance information reasonably required by StudyIB.
14.4 StudyIB may withhold payment until all required information and consents have been provided.
14.5 If payment cannot be completed because the recipient fails to provide accurate, complete, or timely information, StudyIB may treat the claim as forfeited, subject to applicable law.
14.6 Bank charges, intermediary fees, transfer costs, and foreign exchange conversion may affect the final amount received by the recipient.
15. Taxes
15.1 Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other financial liabilities associated with the scholarship payment, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
15.2 StudyIB does not provide tax, legal, immigration, or financial advice.
16. Publicity and Marketing Consent
16.1 As a condition of receiving the scholarship, recipients agree to participate in reasonable StudyIB publicity activities, which may include interviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, and related promotional content.
16.2 Recipients grant StudyIB a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use such materials for marketing, public relations, investor communications, and promotional purposes, for the maximum period permitted by applicable law.
16.3 Where a recipient is under the age of 18, publicity participation and use of publicity materials shall be subject to parent or legal guardian consent where required by applicable law.
17. Privacy
17.1 Personal data will be collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with the StudyIB Privacy Policy and for the purposes of administering the Scholarship Program, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud, communicating with applicants, processing payments, conducting lawful publicity, and complying with legal obligations.

18. Fraud Prevention
StudyIB reserves the right to disqualify applicants who:
- submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information
- manipulate or attempt to manipulate the application or verification process
- violate StudyIB's Terms of Service
- engage in payment abuse, identity fraud, document forgery, collusion, or other dishonest conduct
- otherwise attempt to abuse the Scholarship Program
19. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation
StudyIB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Scholarship Program where reasonably necessary due to legal, technical, operational, security, fraud-prevention, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
20. No Affiliation with IB
This Scholarship Program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or otherwise affiliated with the International Baccalaureate Organization.
21. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless mandatory law in the applicant's place of residence requires otherwise.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
